Review
Dinner at L'Espalier was simply the finest dining experience we have had in Metro Boston. Set in a Back Bay townhouse, the atmosphere is perfectly designed for that special evening out. The restaurant is divided into three dining rooms which provide a decorous, unique, and appealing character. The service is impeccable, as the staff is intelligent, polite, and unassuming. The menu consists of a brilliant array of meat, seafood, and vegetarian entrees, along with numerous intriguing appetizers and the always distinctive amuse-bouche.  Additionally, the wine and cheese selection is astounding. The dessert menu was equally impressive, with a superb variety of delectable delights in perfect portions. The menu varies by season, and may be served pre-fixe. Pricing is very expensive, but well worth the cost as the experience is unsurpassed. The location is easily accessible by public transportation, and the restaurant provides valet parking for a relatively moderate price. -Mike & Kim
