S&S is an Inman Square institution, serving up Deli cuisine since before the prohibition (opening its doors in 1919). On a Sunday morning at S&S patrons can really soak in the diverse crowds of Somerville and Cambridge while sipping on good coffee and filling up on diner cuisine.  The Deli is set up with a full room dedicated to takeout, a main dining area, as well as a bar.  The dining room has a nice, clean, old-school diner feel. The menu offers up typical deli fare for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with a nice weekend brunch.  All the comfort food is served in generous portions, managing to leave each patron satisfied. There’s also a nice dessert menu available.  Service is great and the value is unmatched. Our favorite here is the brunch, which always satisfies despite long lines out the door.  Come early and come often, you won’t be disappointed. –Mike & Kim
